Pressure Washing

Edge / trim overgrown grass as needed, using leaf blower or rinse method to remove loose debris, detail cracks and edges with wand using a 40-degree nozzle, then deep clean concrete using a 24" surface cleaner with 4, 25-degree nozzles. Rinse all dirty wash water at completion. NO harmful chemicals will be used only HOT WATER, set to a temperature of 130 degrees. Pressure washer will be set to no more than 2500 PSI to avoid etching and damaged to aggregate. At project completion client will have the opportunity to inspect and approve the work before we leave, and final payment is due.
