Before we start cleaning we will mask electrical outlets and delicate surfaces to prevent damage and electrical fires using water resistant tape and plastic (see terms and conditions). To avoid causing damage or killing vegetation we will be using clean water to pre wet all adjacent surfaces as well as plants and grass. Then we will apply the house wash mix which is a blend of bleach and a bio degradable bleach stable soap, let dwell then rinse. An X-Jet soft wash system will be used and in some cases hot water to clean your home, this is NOT high pressure cleaning. This equipment and process allows us to use very low pressure (no more than 800 PSI) thus avoiding damage to your siding, windows and paint.
