Use rinse method to remove loose debris, detail cracks and edges with wand using a 40-degree nozzle, then deep clean concrete using a 24" surface cleaner with 4, 25-degree nozzles. Rinse all dirty wash water at completion. We will reduce the amount of chemicals used by using HOT WATER, set to a temperature of 130 degrees. Pressure washer will be set to no more than 2500 PSI to avoid etching and damaged to concrete. At project completion client will have the opportunity to inspect and approve the work before we leave, and final payment is due.
For aggregate/concrete surfaces we will be using a surface cleaner with a maximum of 2,500 psi. Cracks are part of the cleaning proccess and we will be using a pressure washing waund.
